Bathroom improvements

Possible scopes include tub-to-shower conversions, tile showers, bathroom flooring, vanity-related improvements, trim, painting, and storage. We review the room, the existing fixtures, and the work you want to keep or replace before setting a scope.

Kitchen updates

A kitchen project may involve cabinet refinishing, backsplash installation, flooring, counters, trim, and finish repairs. The work sequence depends on material selections, supplier measurements, and the involvement of specialty trades.

Connected details, one plan

A renovation can involve more than one trade. Electrical, plumbing, countertop fabrication, glass, and other specialty work may need coordination. The written scope should identify what is included, who supplies selected materials, and any allowances or separate work.

Selections and scheduling

Choose materials with the use of the room in mind. Lead times, site conditions, access, and curing or drying periods can affect the schedule. We discuss the proposed sequence and changes to the scope before moving forward.

Start with what matters to you

Send the project location, room photos, approximate dimensions, inspiration, and the changes that would make the biggest difference. A budget range and preferred timing help us discuss a suitable starting point.

Start with a project review.

Request a review of your property, project goals, and next steps. A request does not confirm pricing, availability, or a start date. Every job requires a signed contract before any work begins. Read our Terms & Project Agreements.
