Yes. Repairs, touch-ups, doors, trim, and practical improvements are part of what we do. Send your full list so we can help plan the right scope.

Yes. We handle remodeling and general contracting scopes, including coordinating specialty trades when needed. Share your goals so we can review the work and site requirements.
What should I include in a quote request?+
Include the project location, a description, approximate dimensions if you have them, your preferred timing, and a few clear photos. Inspiration and material ideas are helpful, too.
How are pricing and scheduling determined?+
They depend on the scope, site conditions, materials, access, and current availability. After a project review, we can discuss an estimate and proposed schedule. A request does not reserve a start date.
Can you work in an occupied commercial space?+
Tell us your operating hours, access restrictions, and site requirements. We’ll discuss a work plan and confirm what scheduling arrangements are available for the scope.
